Big news from today’s Nintendo Direct: “Palia – Nintendo Switch 2 Edition” is launching this holiday season as a free upgrade!!!

Palians playing on Nintendo Switch 2 can look forward to enhanced performance, richer visuals, Joy-Con 2 mouse controls, and the launch of a brand-new gameplay experience: Echo Expeditions!

So… what exactly is an Echo Expedition? 👀

Think Palia’s own wholesome take on dungeon crawling! Venture through replayable Expeditions, take on fantastical challenges, cleanse mysterious Echo manifestations, and grow stronger along the way.

A few things to know:

• 🌀 Replayable Expeditions with new challenges and progression
• 🤝 Play solo or team up with your fellow Palians
• ⚔️ Approachable lite-action gameplay with room to master over time
• 💜 Zero PvP… Echo Expeditions will be all about cooperation
• 🎁 Shared benefits and rewards for completing Expeditions
• 🏡 Mostly optional, so you can keep farming, decorating, fishing, Ranching, hunting Plushes, or doing whatever else makes Palia feel like home

Echo Expeditions will launch at the same time across all currently available platforms, including PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.
